Instead, we offer travel guidance, exclusive discounts and added-value benefits to members who book directly with hotels. The domain name “beyondtheairport.com” and all content on this website are independently owned and operated. This site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any airport.

2. Hotel Bookings and Liability

BTA does not process bookings. All reservations are made directly with the hotel through links provided on our platform. Your contract is between you and the hotel. BTA is not responsible for cancellations, disputes, refunds or any aspect of your stay. We recommend reviewing the hotel’s terms and conditions before booking. BTA does not guarantee the availability, quality or pricing of any offers listed.

Proof of Premium membership eligibility, such as airline ID or frequent flyer status, as well as valid photo ID must be provided at hotel check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

Bookings may only be made for the member, who must be present at check-in and stay for the duration.

Only one room per member may be booked unless explicitly exempted and agreed with the hotel.

3. Exclusive Member Offers

Our exclusive members-only hotel deals are subject to availability and specific terms, such as blackout dates and minimum stay requirements. Special offers and corporate rates are excluded from our best available rate (BAR) guarantee. Hotels may update or withdraw offers at their discretion without prior notice.

4. Affiliate Links and Commission

BTA partners with hotels and travel providers to offer exclusive member packages. When you book through links on our website, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps support our platform and allows us to provide free membership benefits. BTA is not responsible for the hotel’s booking process, terms or quality of service. Your contract remains directly with the hotel.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate and current hotel details, prices and travel information. However, information may change at any time and we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Users should verify key details with the hotel before booking. BTA is not liable for errors, omissions or outdated information.

6. Membership and User Responsibilities

By joining BTA, you agree to provide accurate and current information when registering, keep your account details confidential and not share login credentials. You must not misuse or share exclusive deals or codes with non-members and must follow the hotel’s terms and conditions when making bookings. BTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these terms.

7. Community Standards and User Content

BTA includes forums and discussion areas where members can share travel experiences. Members must respect others and avoid personal attacks, harassment or hate speech. Content should be on-topic and members should not post illegal, offensive or misleading material. Reviews and comments should be well written and reasonable in content and tone. BTA reserves the right to edit, remove or moderate content that violates these standards. Members retain ownership of their content but grant BTA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify and display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

BTA is also not liable for technical failures, website downtime or unauthorised access to user accounts.
