Who are we?
We provide independent, useful information for anyone using Heathrow Airport and staying in the local area or beyond. This is not an official Heathrow website, nor is it affiliated with any airport, hotel or other commercial entity.
Our team
Our team includes Heathrow-based subject matter experts in both the airline and hospitality industries, as well as experienced professionals specialising in hotel procurement and management. Our highly experienced hotel inspectors conduct full site audits at major hotels worldwide.

What do we do?
We focus on providing benefits for frequent travellers and airline employees, including preferential offers at hotels. To take advantage of most deals, you need to be a premium member, meaning you hold membership of a second-tier loyalty programme or work for an airline.
Membership Tiers
Standard Membership
Free membership allowing you to post hotel reviews, contribute to community forums and receive occasional emails.
Premium Membership
Some deals will only be visible and available to Premium members. This category is also free and open to anyone holding a valid airline staff ID or second-tier airline loyalty programme membership:
- Airline employees with a valid ID card
- Airline loyalty programme minimum level two status:
- BA Bronze or Oneworld Ruby
- Star Alliance Silver
- SKYTEAM Elite
- Emirates Skywards Silver
- Etihad Silver
- Virgin Flying Club Silver
- Any other tier-two loyalty level
