From Terminals 2/3: walk to the Central Bus Station stop 18 get a U3 bus, getting off at the Pinglestone Close and walk to the Premier Inn T5 - a 5-10 minute walk.
From Terminal 5: get off at the Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel (Stop F) directly outside the Premier Inn T5.
To Terminal 2/3: you need to walk (5-10 minutes) to this Pinglestone Close bus stop outside the parade of shops for a U3 bus.
To Terminal 5: the 423 bus stops directly opposite the hotel. Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel (Stop J)
For Terminal 4: Catch the Elizabeth line to/from the Central Bus Station and then as T2/3.
Cost: regardless of journey length, the cost of a local bus is £1.75 per passenger.

TIP: A separate means of contactless payment is required for each passenger.

TIP: To catch a bus, you need to put your hand out to signal the driver to stop. Press the bell before your stop to get off.
