The review

Do not confuse the Sheraton Heathrow with the Sheraton Skyline, which is a completely different hotel nearby. This one is a traditional, full-service property with over 400 rooms, an executive lounge for eligible guests and a large conference centre that makes it popular with business travellers. Parts of the hotel have been recently refreshed but some rooms still feel dated. Marriott Bonvoy members will find it a reliable option with points earning and redemption. The ANPR car park is worth knowing about: register your car at reception or you may find an unexpected charge on departure.

On the A4 Colnbrook By-Pass and easily accessible by bus from T5 and T2/3.

A classic 4 star Marriott property offering over 400 rooms with all the facilities you’d expect. Recently renovated in parts, it appeals to both business travellers and those who want a more traditional hotel stay. Parking is available all around the hotel. They have a large conference centre with several rooms of varying capacity.

Typically priced from £90 to £140 per night. Marriott Bonvoy members may find better value with points or advance purchase rates.

Who is this hotel best for?

  • Business travellers who want a recognisable 4-star brand with conference facilities and ability to earn Bonvoy points.
  • Marriott loyalists who value Club Lounge access and advance purchase rates.
  • Travellers who are comfortable with a short bus or taxi ride to the terminals.
  • Not the right fit for anyone wanting a direct terminal link, a fully modern room throughout, or draft Guinness.

Summary

A practical, mid-range Heathrow hotel offering reliable service and comfortable rooms. While not the most modern, it is a solid choice for Marriott loyalists or those needing a good night’s rest near the airport.

Two Sheratons, two different hotels

The Sheraton Skyline is a separate hotel on Bath Road. This one is on the Colnbrook By-Pass near Terminal 5. Check which one you have booked.

No free hotel shuttle

There is no free shuttle to the terminals. The hotel partners with WeKnow London for paid private or shared transfers, bookable 24 hours a day. Otherwise the 423 and U3 buses stop nearby, or a taxi is 5 to 10 minutes. We do not recommend third-party Hotel Hoppa buses.
