It was originally known as the Arora Park Hotel and built to provide accommodation for British Airways cabin crew. It is owned by Arora Group and leased to B&B Hotels. There are 119 non-smoking rooms, all with soundproofing and air conditioning.
The B&B Hotel London Heathrow is located in the village of Colnbrook and Poyle, approximately 10 minutes drive from Heathrow Terminal 5. The M25 is just a short drive away, making the hotel convenient for travellers arriving by car.
Rates usually range from £60 to £80 per night. Most rates are prepaid and do not include breakfast, which can be added for £7.50. Flex bookings can be cancelled up to 19:00 on the day of arrival.

Getting to your terminal
Bus 703 from Terminal 5 goes directly to the Poyle Road stop next to the hotel. The Hotel Hoppa runs from T5 to the hotel in about five minutes at a surcharge. A taxi is 10 to 15 minutes depending on the terminal and traffic.

Parking
The hotel provides 58 paid parking spaces at £15 a day, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no electric vehicle charging and no long-term parking packages.
