The hotel is on Sipson Road, between Junction 4 of the M4 and the Bath Road, north of the airport. It has 11 floors and 615 rooms, 7 of them accessible.
The Hotel Hoppa runs between the hotel and the terminals.

- There are two restaurants, The Restaurant and T6 Restaurant and Bar, plus a lobby bar.
- The T6 Bar is closed for renovation and reopens in spring 2027. The main restaurant and lobby bar are open every day.
