Premier Inn Heathrow M4 J4 is a 3-star hotel. Rooms typically run £42 to £90 a night. Terminal 2 is 15 minutes away by taxi or car. It suits travellers flying from Terminal 2 who want a 3-star, branded, mid-priced room and don’t mind a drive.
The review
A large and well used Premier Inn catering mainly to business travellers and families. It is not new, but rooms have been refreshed and the overall feel is functional. On-site parking is managed by a third party and charges apply.
Just off the M4 at Junction 4, close to the A408 and Stockley Road roundabout due north of Heathrow. It is a 10 to 20 minute drive to the terminals. Popular with those driving in from the west or needing easy motorway access.
Rates run between £42 and £90 per night, depending on season and lead time. Premier Inn does not operate a loyalty programme, so best rates are usually on their website.
Summary
A reliable, budget-friendly option for short stays, well suited to families or overnight business travel. A good choice if arriving by car or needing motorway access, but less suitable for terminal connections unless driving.

Allow for traffic
If you are flying early, allow time for traffic delays on Stockley Road and at the M4 junction during peak hours.
Parking
The car park has 121 spaces and is run by a third party, currently £13.50 a night. Vans and coaches are £35.
The detail
Rooms feel dated in parts despite some recent refurbishment. It is difficult to get to without a car. No room service. No gym or fitness facilities.
