Staybridge Suites Heathrow is a 3-star hotel on Bath Road. Rooms typically run £100 to £150 a night and have kitchens and laundry facilities. Terminals 2 and 3 are 8 minutes away on the U3 bus and Terminal 5 is 13 minutes on the 423 bus. Terminal 4 takes about 19 minutes on the Elizabeth line then U3 bus. It suits travellers flying from Terminals 2 and 3 who want a hotel for an extended stay.
The review
Most Heathrow hotels are built around a single night's stay. Staybridge Suites is built for a stay of several days. Every suite comes with a proper kitchen, which changes the dynamic considerably. You can shop, cook, eat when you want and spend considerably less on food than you would ordering from a hotel menu every night. It is an IHG property, so One Rewards members will find it a useful option for points. The atmosphere is more relaxed than a conventional hotel, with communal spaces that work well if you are travelling with others.
Located on Bath Road and convenient for Terminals 2, 3 and 5. The hotel is co-located with its sister property, the Holiday Inn.
An all-suite IHG property for longer stays, with fully equipped kitchens in every room and a relaxed, apartment style layout. Designed for business travellers and families who value independence and flexibility.
Rates generally range from £100 to £150 per night depending on room type and length of stay. Discounts are often available for extended bookings or IHG One Rewards members.
Who is this hotel best for?
- Project teams and contractors working at or near Heathrow for several days who need somewhere that feels less like a hotel room and more like a base.
- Families who want the flexibility of a kitchen and separate living space without self-catering rental complications.
- IHG One Rewards members on extended trips.
- Anyone who finds standard hotel dining expensive or impractical over multiple nights.
- Less suited to single-night stays where the apartment format adds little over a conventional room.
Summary
A quiet and well equipped option with home style facilities, Staybridge Suites is good for extended Heathrow stays or travellers looking for more than just a room.
